Administrative Records

Administrative records are defined as materials that document the daily operations of an institution or a business. They include mostly meeting minutes, correspondence, plans and guidebooks, and occasional photographs. The administrative records held in the Central Piedmont Archives that are available for research are included below.

Administrative Archival Collections

The Records of the Board of Trustees of Central Piedmont Community College (AR.0001)

Abstract: The Board of Trustees of Central Piedmont Community College Records contain materials documenting the governance and administrative activities of the Board of Trustees. Records include meeting minutes, reports, correspondence and financial records.

College Cabinet Records (AR.0005)

Abstract: The College Cabinet Records contain materials documenting the administrative activities of the College Cabinet. Records include meeting agendas and summaries, reports, correspondence, and financial records.

College Catalogs (1965-Present)

A collection of our earlier College Catalogs that have been digitized by the North Carolina Digital Heritage Center.

College Senate Records (AR.0006)

Abstract: The College Senate Records document the activities of the Faculty Senate, now known as the College Senate. Records include meeting minutes, reports, memorandums, publications, and course and curriculum proposals.
