Watch these videos in order. 

The first video covers downloading an image from the internet.

The second video covers uploading an image from your computer.

1. On a computer, open a site in new Google Sites.
2. On the right, click Insert  Images.
3. Choose where to get your image.
4. Choose an image and click Open or Select.
5. To publish your changes, at the top right, click Publish.
